STEP 1:

Click on a category in the Hot Items section to the left (also repeated on the top) or click on Shop on the top links.

STEP 2:

Click on buy now or customize under the picture of the style you would like to order/customize.

STEP 3:

There will be 3 pull down menus to make choices from:

1st menu is where you choose type of award such as award/trophy/plaque/metal/other.

2nd menu is where you customize parts of the award chosen in the 1st pull down menu.

for example you choose column w/trims in menu 1. one example of using menu 2 is choosing column colors as well as choosing the figure.

Type of award will determine how many choices there are.

3rd menu is where you can choose a theme or sport. (select baseball shows all baseball themed choices)

All choices are shown in full on right hand side along with price.
